Our friendly service desk staff can assist you with your ComCare queries from 8:00 am to 7:00 pm (AEST), Monday to Friday.

EOS support services aim to provide friendly, efficient and effective support through our service desk. The provision of an online portal (coming soon) for our customers allows them to enter new requests as well as see the progress of existing ones.
